Phase 1: Contract Signing, Identification of Key Persons, and Initial Engagement

Drafting of the contract to be signed with the partner developer.

A copy of the contract shall be notarized and be given to the partner developer and a copy for our safekeeping. Our Brooky onboarding team together with our partner developer will appoint an onboarding team that will help in communication and coordination.


Step 1: Identify key persons and Create an Implementation Group

We will request from the Developer team to appoint point persons for implementation that could help us with Data gathering, consultations, and other queries.

Items needed from Partner Developer:

  1. Name of Key Persons
  2. Email Address of Key Persons
  3. Preferred Group Chat (Messenger or Viber) and Account Name or Number of Key Persons so the Brooky Team can create the group chat

Set Date for Initial Meeting via Zoom with Key Persons to discuss Data Gathering and Gantt Chart

Step 2: Data Gathering

Initially, we will be needing data for our implementation and development. Below are the data we will need to set up your Brooky Platform. There are samples below to guide you, but please note that you are not limited to the samples below, and you may provide more data as you see fit.

- Preferred name for Web App

Sample Name: LandEstate[.brooky.io](http://RealLand.Brooky.io)

- Preferred Name for Mobile App

Sample Name: LandEstate Brooky

- Marketing Collaterals

Sample Collaterals: Vicinity Map, Model Units, Floor Plans, Amenities, Site Photos, promos, flyers etc. Basically any collaterals that your sellers will need to share with their clients.

Please provide these in jpeg format. Collaterals should be clear and not pixelized. Ideally, the size should not exceed 10MB per file. For faster loading and easy sharing, ideal file size is around 1 MB or less.

- Pricelist

Please provide master pricelist in Excel format

- Sample Computation

Please provide all standard computation schemes such as Spot Cash, Deferred, Bank Financing, Pag Ibig Financing, etc.

- Forms and Other Documents

Please provide forms for closing such as Buyers Information Sheet, Term Sheet, Reservation agreement and other forms as you may see fit.

- Inventory Map

Please provide Site Development Plan in jpeg format. SDP may be broken down into phases, whichever is easier for your sellers and clients to visualize and understand.

- Profiles of Admin users

Please provide Names and Email Addresses of Admin. Include their position and roles.

Example:

Name: Nenita Cruz

Position: Marketing Staff

Role: Inventory Updating

- Company and Project Logos and Branding

Please provide logos in png file

- Others (e.g Youtube links, virtual tours, etc)




Phase 2 : Development Stage


Step 1: Setup of Workplan and Timelines

- **Gantt Chart/Work Breakdown Structure**

Once we have the data that we need, we can now begin to plan our work using our Gantt Chart.

Gantt Chart which contains the implementation plan shall be presented by the salesperson and to be completed by the Brooky Onboarding team, together with the implementation team of the Partner Developer.

Please note that the Gantt Chart below is only a sample, and may vary depending on number of projects and scope of customization.

Step 2: Development and Setup of Company Demo Staging Web and Mobile App

This is the longest period in the work plan as this is the stage where we design, develop, and setup your portals and app.

Step 3: Data Importations, Integrations, and Customization.

This is the phase where we start uploading the developer's data and working on customizing sample computations and online forms. This is also the phase where we work and implement with your IT team for integration work and alignment.

Data Testing

This is the phase where we go on and test the functionalities, and where we verify the correctness of the computations, linking of map to computations, to our mobile apps, and portals.

User Testing

We will request selected participants to try our the functionalities of Brooky.

Staging Site Deployment 

Phase 3: Training Phase


Step 1: Onboarding Training with Selected Admins

We will conduct an initial demo and training with Admins that will manage our portals and system roles.

Step 2: Onboarding with Selected Agents

This is where we demo and allow selected agents to try out the app before launching it to the rest of the sales team.
