☍PBRF Scenario: Spouse of Registered Prospective Buyer
A Potential Buyer who has been registered as a spouse of a previous prospective buyer will not be able to proceed.
➠ Once a Married Buyer registers with any Agent, his/her partner or spouse will not be able to proceed to create is PBRF account from the same or another Agent.
➠ Take note that Married couples are expected to be considered as one buyer.
Below are sample scenarios of an agent trying to register a spouse from a previous buyer with a registered PBRF.
Attempt #1: Using "Married" status
- From the main dashboard go to Transactions menu and click on the "PBRF" option to start the form.
Then start to add your Buyers Information (a Spouse attempting to register as a buyer using married status) and click "Next" button once done.
2. Error Message cannot proceed to next step the spouse was detected from a registered buyer.
Attempt #2: using "Single" status
- From the main dashboard go to the Transactions menu and click on the "PBRF" option to start the form.
Then start to add your Buyers Information (a Spouse attempting to register as a buyer using single status) and click "Next" button once done.
2. Error Message cannot proceed to the next step the spouse was detected from a registered buyer.
